E-commerce Terms & Conditions

Thank you for shopping at Universal Traveller website. This page forms the Terms and Conditions in accordance with which we supply Products (each a “Product”) listed on our website www.universaltraveller.com (the “Site”) to you (the Terms and Conditions). Please take some time to read these Terms and Conditions before ordering any products from the site. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You should visit our page regularly to make note of any changes we have made to our Terms and Conditions.


To place an Order with Universal Traveller must be over eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an Order with Universal Traveller only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

Price and Payment:

Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this site are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the opinion of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order before we have shipped it to you, you will receive a full refund via credit terms.

Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST and are in Singapore dollars. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable, such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the “Final” Total.

We are under no obligation to fulfill your order if the price listed on the website is incorrect (even after your order has been acknowledge by us.)


To place an order, you must register with us by creating an Account on the site. Information submitted must be accurate and true.

You shall not misuse the site by creating multiple users.


If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept the delivery from Ninja Van within 3 attempted deliveries, the uncollected parcels will be returned to warehouse and we will contact you for an alternative shipping method.

Please note that we do not ship orders to any PO Box, military and protected areas. Delivery charges for failed attempted delivery to such restricted areas will be borne by you.

Self-Collection at SG retail outlets

Please note that we need 5-7 working days to pack and deliver your parcels to our stores.

Once your order is ready for collection, a notification email will be send to you. Please collect your parcel within 5 days from the date you received the notification email. Any uncollected parcels will be returned back to warehouse and we will contact you for an alternative shipping method.

What is your return and refund policy?

To ensure customer satisfaction, we allow you to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery date if they are in their original packaging with price tag intact, unworn and unwashed. However, we only accept returns or exchanges for

1) Exchange of a different size (No return will be allowed for sizes that do not fit)
2) Return due to defective item
3) Return due to wrong item sent to customer

Please take note we do not accept returns or exchanges for

1) Any sale merchandise
2) Purchases with use of a promotional code
3) Thermal Wears & Leggings.

Please include your order invoice in the parcel you return.

How do I make an exchange/return?

There are 2 return method for customer convenience:

  1. Via mail such as Singpost (normal/registered) mail or via Courier (Ninja Van) &
  2. Exchange at our warehouse

Singpost (normal/registered) mail/ Courier:
You may mail the item back to our main office at the following address: 15 Kaki Bukit View Singapore 415951

Please note that customers who select SingPost as their return method would have to bear all loss of goods themselves.

Exchange at Our Warehouse:

Please email marketing2.sg@universaltraveller.net to make an appointment.

Exchanges can only be made at our main office at the following address: 15 Kaki Bukit View Singapore 415951

Please note that customers who just drop by are not guaranteed an appointment slot.

Do note that online orders are limited to 1 time exchange only.

Please note that we do not do exchanges at any of our SG retail outlets.


Universal Traveller reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges. You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected return or exchange request item(s) to you.

Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any return or exchange, refund will be based on merchandise value on the invoice.

Our returns and exchanges policies do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear. It also does not cover products used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by universaltraveller.com, or previously modified in a manner not authorized by Universal Traveller.

Universal Traveller makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose. Universal Traveller’s decisions on returns and exchanges are final.
